Romance in Leicester City Center

Great decor and kitchen appliances and utensils were very handy for our 2 night stay.

No Wifi and entry code to building did not work as the number 4 button was broken so had to rely on people letting us in. No parking had to pay at Lee Circle NCP for 48 hours although was only £10 for the two days so not as bad we first thought.

The man who greeted us and showed us to the property was friendly and welcoming. He was helpful and responsive when we asked for an extra towel and the WiFi password. The price of the stay was reasonable. The apartment is not far from Leicester City Centre. The cooking facilities are good.

The apartment was very hot, at all times. Having the windows and the balcony doors open didn't do much to cool it down. The photos on the listing do not match the interior of the apartment, there's no toaster, the furniture is different in the living room, the bathroom in the photo is a completely different room. It was quite noisy through the night (maybe to be expected in a city centre location) and there was often a faint smell of marijuana emanating from somewhere nearby.

Location.

On arrival I found that I had been downgraded (e.g no balcony) to the pink room without my knowledge or consent. I was still charged the original red room price. Lift buzzer frequently loudly audible in room. No place to store clothes e.g. drawers, wardrobe. The fridge was left at full power so froze and ruined some of my food before I realised that I had to turn it down. Communication with the manager was poor. He pretended that WiFi was available when it clearly wasn’t. Then he stopped replying or answering the phone at all.

There was issue with water supply after few days and it continued intermittent for a week. Was told issue with wipe. Ultimately it got repaired I think and water restored

no WiFi/tv, balcony door wouldn’t lock so didn’t feel secure, no toaster, wires of a smoke alarm hanging out the ceiling

The central location.

Towels with black spots, no wifi (I saw a review since 1st June about lack of wifi yet, the manager said there was a sudden issue and no wifi was available and only on the afternoon of the day before checking out we were asked if we would like to move to another flat), water was cut down twice, mouldy laundry machine, smelly corridors.Paid more than £120 for 2 nights for a place with no wifi and not very clean. I would have expected some honesty telling us about the known wifi issue a d either offer us a refund or put us from the start on a decent flat. If we knew about this issue well in advance we would have cancelled. Had to pay extra on my mobile data to work...

Location was good. 2 rooms (including bedroom).

Beds didn't have side tables where we could keep our mobile phones etc. Had to walk a bit after exiting the lift to reach the room. No closet for clothes. Irregular water supply ( Had to wait for water supply to restore). No body wash or shampoo provided.

We loved the bedroom decor and the apartment was a good size.

The shower kept losing pressure. The area wasn't the best.

Clean and great location.

No proper water supply! No WiFi. Smart TV isn't working as no WiFi!

From the moment I arrived until the day I departed, I was impressed by the exceptional quality and comfort provided. As soon as I stepped inside the apartment, I was greeted by a stunning interior. The design was tasteful, modern, and thoughtfully furnished.

Nothing wrong with the apartment.
