Affordable,AC rooms, Food was good with a decent price range when compared to their surroundings, Alcohol also decently priced, Bar was good

Bedspread has lot of sprain, swimming pool needs to be maintained properly, faulty taps in the washrooms

"Warning: Avoid Jesant Valley Holiday Homes Morjim My stay here was from Dec 17-19, 2024, was a nightmare. Manoranjan & the staff displayed unprofessional behavior, including physical assault, verbal abuse, & theft of our belongings. Despite our complaints, the management failed to take action. l've filed a police complaint and have video evidence. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Unacceptable experience at Jesant Valley Holiday Homes Morjim Initially,the reception guy Manoranjan asked me to cancel my online booking and rebook it offline with him, which I declined. This encounter set the tone for the rest of our stay. Despite being tired from our shows, we were not provided with a courtesy call or knock for checkout. When we arrived at the reception at 3 pm, we were asked to pay for an additional day. We questioned the staff about the lack of notification, and they became aggressive and abusive. The situation escalated, and Manoranjan physically assaulted me, a female guest, my fiancé, and our videographer. He also took our mobile phones and luggage. We were forced to file a police complaint against Manoranjan and the other staff members involved. The hotel management failed to take adequate action, and instead, sided with the staff. I urge booking.com to take this matter seriously and consider removing the property from their listings. I have video evidence and a copy of the police complaint as proof."

The staff is too horrible this property should be taken down as their staff manoranjan is very mannerless. First of all we had booked our hotel on 17th and we were supposed to check out on 19th.dec 2024 we were so tired because of our Shows and so we were not able to get up. Nobody came to knock the door for checkout nor anybody called us, and we got late. We came out at the reception by 3pm and we were ready to pay for the half day but these people were asking us to pay for one more day and when we were asking them about, why didn't they call us even for a single time and why nobody came to knock? So they started misbehaving, Manoranjan, the Restaurant guy and the other goons he had called were 6-7 people started yelling at us & abusing us, and he even have hit me. I am a female. He have beaten me on my face i have got hurt on my left hand as he was beating my fiance and my Videographer, so i started recording the video and manoranjan snatched mine and ny fiances mobile phones from out hands and said he will throw our phones in the pool and later on they can with a big stick to hit my fiance deep and yash, we belong to a reputed families as we are Artist they had no rights to hit us and also take our phones and luggage as we had very valuable things wuth us as We had come for our show, hence we were staying over here, and this is something very horrible behaviour that we have seen from any staff. They were more six people and we were only three due to which we had to go to the police station. We have filed the complaint against Manoranjan and the others, Manoranjan even took our mobile phones, and he was not giving it back, and the rest of the staff took our luggage inside their cabin so that we cannot even call the police as I had recorded their video in my phone.

The staff members and the facilities provided are very poor. This hotel just ruined my stay at Goa. They took 2 hours to bring the breakfast which made us late to enjoy for the day
