INI don't like anything in this hotel
Room is not as per photos Bathroom sink is broken and main door not close properly and no one came and ask for clean room and open electric wire shows on wall And i am stay on 7-10 Dec and but manager come one day ago and ask me your checkout is today so no proper management in this hotel Also one day manager come to my room and use my room key for open other one door I am shocking🤯 Also tv is not working no shampoo available no towel available cupboard is not close propely

GBThis is a fair accommodation. Staff are really really nice. I have to mention though. I booked at 23.30pm on the 25/10/24 on the day which was late. So this is where it becomes a little confusing so I booked that evening on the 25/10/24 for 7 nights but it was stated check in is 26th but I also paid for 25th at 23.30pm so to me that’s not right. Essentially I paid for 7 nights but only got accommodation for 6 nights. If check in is 12pm I already paid from 12pm on the 25/10/24? I do need to add the television was smashed up so I feel I was give a room that’s an emergency room scatter room if you will. I requested the tv be changed but this was not done (6days so unacceptable) Not once was my room cleaned or bedding changed. I was promised to change rooms but I asked twice and that was more than enough. Also they are honest with regards to your luggage. I accidentally threw my money in the bin and it was sorted immediately. I offered the member of staff quite a bite of money but he wouldn’t except he was just happy that the situation was resolved. Overall I was stay for the friendliest of the staff but the other matters I have addressed here need to be attended to. Kindest regards

ININIt's was a nice. Room was clean, staff was polite, restaurant is open till 2am and with a nice pool but the pool has its own timing, Not available for night dive in the pool.
