Cupboard door in kitchen broken. Other than that fine. Back door wouldn’t lock but they dropped a key off next day so was fine!

There wasn’t much to like. The previous reviews and property description were misleading and did not match the actual experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!

Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that there were cleanliness issues. We received a call informing us that one of the mattresses was still wet from the previous guests. When we checked under the beds, we found a significant buildup of dust and dirt. The beds themselves were extremely uncomfortable. In the bedside drawer, we discovered a half-eaten chocolate bar, and outside, multiple cigarette butts were left on the table. The garden was in poor condition, resembling a dumping ground. In the bathroom, multiple tiles were cracked, and when we turned on the shower, we discovered a leak that caused water to drip through the ceiling into the kitchen—directly onto a boiler and live electrical switches, which is extremely dangerous. The ceiling also had brown stains, suggesting this leak had been an ongoing issue. We immediately contacted Booking.com, but they were unhelpful and failed to find us alternative accommodation. This property is not only unclean but also a serious safety hazard.

Spacious, clean and really good value for money

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, needs two pillows per person rather than one.
