Modern 2Bed House - Near Salford Quays & City Centre - Free Parking

House was in a good location for Manchester, with some smaller shops and pub nearby. We only stayed one night due to a concert at the AO Arena. The lounge and kitchen were well presented, with a modern feel to it however we did not use the downstairs area due to a late check in (traffic) and then check out. Keys were easy enough to collect from the lock box, and the response time from the host was quick. Good value for money for the three of us in Manchester on a Friday night.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, with obvious things missed and I have messaged the hosts specifics regarding this. I think it must have been cleaned after the last guests checked out and then there was a time gap until our check in. We arrived during a cold snap so the house was freezing and it took a bit of googling to work how to get the boiler out of "holiday" mode but we were unable to bring the house up to temperature due to the duration of our stay. Bedrooms OK, bed's comfy, bedsheet not to my liking (I'm a 100% cotton person) but I appreciate that's personal preference.

This is a nice apartment. The standard is good and it's quite spacious. The area is also quiet. The apartment has everything you need.

A bit long to walk to public transport, but not too bad.

Host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple of hours earlier. Location was great as it was only 1.5 mile to the centre and free parking was also a positive (although the drive is very narrow!)
