Too much noise from the street - it was hard to sleep

Staff were really helpful with booking tours and the hotel is in a great location.

The staff were helpful,especially the one on days. He was amazing.

I did not like the man who was smoking his pot out on the public patio and blaring his music everyday in the afternoon. Could not even use the patio as he was always there. I could hear his music from the 4 th floor where he was all the way down to the 1 st floor. If you like that kind of vibe then this is your hotel . The rooms appeared clean but do not look under the beds. It was filthy. The fan must not have been cleaned as chunks of dust fell from it when I turned it on.

Vang Vien Central hotel had the best breakfast I've ever had since travelling to Laos. Also the laundry service was amazing! A little pricey when compared to Luang Prabang but all of my clothes were returned clean and dry (even the jeans!). I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough, it is in the heart of Vang Vien and within walking distance of everything you will need. Along with options to book activities and transportation at the reception. They should honestly consider opening up a restaurant!

Perfectly located, spacious and clean room. A bit noisy but that’s to be expected in VV. breakfast wasn’t as good as we’ve had elsewhere but did the job. Its a big place so not as family orientated as others we’ve stayed at

Friendly stuff at the reception. Very helpful for all the requests and questions we had. Pool has shadow all afternoon.

The pool is not part of the hotel but on the hostel next door. Also our room was very loud. Loud music until late evening from nearby bars And early morning radio of some sort.

Receptionist was great!! So helpful. Perfect location.

Breakfast choices were limited for westerners and the pool belongs to the hostel nearby, not in the actual hotel.

Great location, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Nice big room and comfy bed.
