Très bon rapport qualité-prix, auberge très bien situé dans un petit chemin au calme proche de la route principale. Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques, le dîner était très bon et les pancakes à la banane du petit déjeuner étaient délicieux.

Tam, very friendly and friendly; he got me a scooter and a taxi out and was very nice to chat to. Great view from room door. Hot water! 5 mins walk to the warungs/restaurants. I was there 3 nights, decided to get up at 4am first night and scooter up to Kelimutu for sunrise - not much of a sunrise but I saw the lakes in full colour. Back to the top at park by 8:30 am and it started to rain and was still raining when I left 3 days later! Plenty of visitors came and went without even a glimpse. Also caught the market right there in Moni on the Friday was fabulous!

Very helpful staff: they found us a driver last minute when our driver’s car broke down and we had to go to the airport, they packed us breakfast when we left very early The view from the terrace is beautiful

WiFi is sometimes spotty but it’s probably the same everywhere in the village

The host cooks awesome local food for dinner with fresh ingrediants and made with heart for a reasanable price. vegetarian options also available. Includrd breakfast is also very tasty with a lot of fresh fruit always included. You can rent a scooter jus 5min by foot away. Also the waterfall is very close by (5 to 7min by foot). The host organizes everything for you if you ask, like transportations and gives good and honest advice for tours around Moni. You're surrounded by a beautiful garden and an amazing view of the valley directly from your door and from the chill and eating area, so that you prefere just being in the homestay than going somewhere else. Best place to relax.

Some might critizise that the wifi is not available in all rooms, but differently than other comments claim, there IS Wifi available in the lounge area outside the rooms, one women even worked remote there.

It was on a hill so you could see the town which was nice. The breakfast was good and the owner was friendly.

The bed was so hard it was hard to sleep. The hill was too steep to walk up and down for me.

Good musquito net, very good (warm!) shower, best wifi we had in flores. Dinning room is very cosy and indeed you can see greenery from here (not really ricefields but some green)

Basically, all the features filled in on booking are a lie … there is no parking, no airco, no jacuzzi (that one we did figure out before arriving ;) ), etc. Also on booking there is 1 room with 8 beds, now they have 3 rooms with 2 beds each. Although the floors were very clean, the blankets and sheets had very big stains on them. Like with all places in flores, surfaces are not cleaned so the chairs in the room were very dirty. The outside chairs were very worn down. Looks like the booking pictures are from 10y ago … The owners are very helpfull and do help a lot with booking your trip, but for the first time in 2 weeks flores we felt like a bag of money … they cooked vegetarian dinner for us (“buffet”, so 3 plates for 2 people + soep & rice), but charged 100k per pers for this. Even tho the moni cakes were delicious (hmmm), we still kind of felt ripped off … There was also people coming to the house to sell their stuff to us You have to drive through a pig-farm to get here. Bumpy ride and not on the main road.
