Nothing. I will be requesting a full refund. I was unable to stay due to the damp, smell and cold.

The room was extremely cold. The heating wasn’t working, it was damp and smelt of mold. The smell from the bathroom was even worse. So smelly, cold and damp that I was unable to stay. I ended up have to book an alternative hotel and will be seeking a refund. With regard to your request below for photos … you cannot photograph temperature, smell and dampness. Incidentally, when I complained to the gentleman on reception and explained that I could not stay because of the damp and smell and that I’d managed to book the travel lodge down the road …. He merely shrugged his shoulder and said OK.
