The Sage Aparthotel by Totalstay

The hotel is central, comfortable, clean and accommodating. Stunning sunrise on the balcony with a morning coffee.

There was no parking available and I needed to park in a seperate building and hauling my bag was a clep and it cost nearly an additional R300 for a overnight parking.

Great apartment ,modern decor, very clean and in a great location Close to everything restaurants bars and promenade

I didnt like anything because eventually didnt manage to even checkin yet l had booked the lodge 3 weeks prior

They have the most rude, rigid and difficult staff ever I booked my stay 3 weeks prior and informed that my guests would be visiting them as l had booked on behalf of my parents and they informed that the guests carry my ID which l did give them before. Their flight then got delayed and eventually they arrived at the stay at 10pm of which l was meant to travel the following day coming from Kenya Then my parents arrived with the cash deposit which was refundable as they didnt have any bank card or anything. Instead of a polite way of solving issues and one that is customer centric they were quite rude citing that its a rule that we dont take cash as refundable security deposit we even suggested that they make use of the already paid in booking as deposit then my parents pay the lodging for the night none was received and welcomed. Then this whole back and forth went on for 2 hours until l had to find an alternate accomodation for my parents and was told that "we dont refund" even the cost of accomodation Im greatly displeased as the other hotel l then eventually booked them at 2am after the back and forth managed to assist us without glitches They have the same policy but they went an extra mile to assist I think thats what customer care is I wouldnt recommend The Sage to anyone

I stayed in one of the studio flats on the 7th floor. It was clean, well equipped, of a decent size and it also had a stunning view of the Sea Point area. The staff were very lovely, courteous and helpful. They made me aware of the various local restaurants and shops in the area. I also got great guidance on where best to change money (at competitive rates). In all, it was a fantastic stay and I'll definitely be back again

Nothing I can think of that I didn't like.

The location was great, the shuttle service was awesome.
