Very spacious and clean great view

Completely Outside of the host control but there was some slight construction noises nothing that was very loud of disruptive.

The apartment had superb facilities. It was very spacious. Clearly, it has been furnished recently to a very high standard. Kitchen is equipped very well with high-quality appliances, crockery, pots, and pans. The large-capacity washer and the separate dryer was very clean (as if it is never used before). The furnishings in the rooms and the lounge area were in very good condition and comfortable. There was ample storage space in each room. The bathrooms were very clean. The location, both for walking access to downtown attractions and for public transport, was very convenient. We so wished that we were staying a few more days.

There is nothing I can fault. It was leaving the property that I did not like. If I had to nitpick, I could say it was difficult to heat the apartment with its very high ceilings.

the internal space is great, and very welcoming. amenities also good

sadly, the apartment itself was over ruled by the location. the apartment sits above the subway (red line), and in our apartment (the lowest one on floor 2), the subway rumbled through from 5am to midnight and you feel and hear it the length of the apartment. outside the apartment there is a burger king, which plays very high volume opera and classical music 24/7 to keep the homeless away from the doorway and the speaker is directly under the main lounge window. unfortunately the building next door is being demolished and the builders started 6.30-7am and you can hear everything. we didn't sleep well.

Spacious and comfortable

It was difficult to find , more instructions needed about the construction going out in the front . There was some unhoused people out in the front of the building and the entrance smelled like urine . Not sure they can do anything about that . Parking was still challenging with seniors in the group . Also clock tower was loud at night . It would be nice to have some ear plugs or be encouraged to bring some . Also needed instructions about using the coffee maker
