Only the elevator system. It takes too long at times. They need to improve that elevator system.

Location, pool connection to the beach.

Beach chairs totally dirty, ceiling air exit clogged with dust, room door in bad condition, room and beds with a lot of dust. At the bathroom, shower water smelling bad, sink stone broken….

Wasn’t informed about breakfast

At check in we were given the wrong access code. Came back to check in desk and was given a phone number to call and they gave us the correct code. Hate mandatory valet parking, even if free

There is nothing good about this property. The unit is small and shown wear and tear. Security Lock on the door is old and it won't take the code. Called the host multiple times to resolve the issue. This is how everything started and it went down the hill and ruin the family vacation. The property advertizes a full kitchenette, but it's has limited stuff and most of the cookware stuff is old. The plates are broken and not much utensil to offer. There is no cooking range in the unit instead portable electric stove. The microwave is very small and hard to open. The Refrigerator showing rust all over. Iron is missing from the property so reach out to the host customer service. They asked me check all over and once I confimed it is not there then they stop responding. I literally send 10 messages and next day around noon they finally able to deliver the iron. There is no speak English and it is difficult to communicate. The beds are uncomfortable with no springs to keep them stardy and soft. Not enough bad towels or beach towels and there is no room service available. There are 4 elevator in the apartment and two of them not functional. Out of other two, only one elevator is operational in peak hours and guest need to stay for 30 minutes to get up or get down which is extremely bad and frustrating to move in and out of the building. The valvet parking is another nightmare as it take 30 minutes or more to get the car as there are handful of staff working and only one person to scan the card and hand over the keys to valvet person to get your car. Same guy need to drop once guest arriving to the property. Valvet is big time nightmare. My suggestion for future guests to stay away as this property is nothing to offer except good beach view beside that there is nothing good about this place as they robbed me big time with false advertisement.

Unfortunately, there was nothing to like about this property. The unit was small and showed significant wear and tear. From the moment we arrived, our experience went downhill and ultimately ruined our family vacation. The first issue was the faulty door lock, which would not accept the access code. I had to call the host multiple times before the issue was resolved. Communication was difficult, and responses were often delayed. The property advertises a full kitchenette, but this is misleading. There is no built-in cooking range—only a portable electric stove. The cookware was old and limited, several plates were chipped or broken, and there were very few utensils. The microwave was extremely small and difficult to use, and the refrigerator had visible rust throughout. An iron was missing from the unit, and after contacting customer service, I was asked to search the entire apartment myself. Once I confirmed it was not there, they stopped responding. I sent nearly 10 messages and finally received an iron around noon the following day. Language barriers made communication even more frustrating. The beds were uncomfortable, the mattresses lacked support, and there were not enough bath or beach towels. There was no housekeeping or room service available. The elevator situation was terrible. Out of four elevators, two were completely out of service, and during peak hours only one elevator seemed operational. Guests often had to wait 20–30 minutes just to get up or down the building, making it extremely frustrating to move around. Valet parking was another nightmare. It frequently took 30 minutes or more to retrieve a vehicle because there appeared to be very limited staff. One person was responsible for scanning cards, handling keys, and coordinating vehicle retrieval, resulting in long delays and unnecessary frustration.
