The two guys at check in seemed like they didn't want to be there, and lacked for that of any signs management any training as far a customer service goes. And the two bartenders by the pool seemed to both have trouble with their eyes, absolutely remarkable how they glazed right by our upraised hands, perhaps some glasses in lieu of a

"Great place to stay, right on mid beach. Easy access to south beach. Huge complex with free valet parking."

Great location, really comfy beds and very spacious. Pool area was great, heated pool.

The bathroom could do with a bit f updating but can’t complain for the price I paid in Miami.
