"Everything was okay except for the towel issue other than that it was nice"

Breakfast was not available at this facility only a couple of days of the week so that was fine other than that ate off premises

The only problem I had was that there was no towel service apparently it was a outsourced company that took care of different floors which I was not aware of so was not able to get towels I did try to go through each floor various days but never saw a cleaning service when I did the person said no that's not us and was not very conversationalist about it other than that I'm just dealt with what we could cuz I was not doing laundry just to wash their towels I have stayed there before so everything was expected when I got there

"I honestly think the hotel should be closed for remodeling or at least let the guess know before booking I was ambushed"

Rooms had stains on beds and we are talking about crusty stuff 3” Long on the side of the upholstery on the bed

"Great for the family reunion as was ours- everyone enjoyed the stay!"

Location and the spacious rooms. The stuff was very friendly and Julieta was truly exceptional - always very helpful! Also- absolutely great- valet service!

Well, they are remodeling it.. but they try to make it as smooth as possible.
