Bukhara Old Town

Staff were friendly. There's access to a kitchen so you can make your own tea and coffee and keep food there if you like. The room was an ok size and the shower was nice and hot. The room had good heating and a window for light. The location is around a ten minute walk into the main area for tourist sights.

It's a weird place to have breakfast, in a kind of corridor on my own by the front reception desk. I had to go to a shop to pay by card with the staff, although this wasn't a problem.

Reasonably sized rooms, comfy bed, good location.

There was a terrible smell from the bathroom; unfortunately I think this happens a lot in Bukhara but it was overpowering and the hotel had tried to cover it up with an air freshener and that only made it worse. Also the reception offered to help me with some printing but didn't tell me that it would take nearly 40 minutes so I was just sitting there waiting, they're friendly hosts but not particularly experienced in customer service!

Was perfect, as next to the Masjid. Really cozy room and very friendly staff, who tried their best to accommodate me.

The room was.wonderful.Location was excellent.The host familyb was very cordial.They even packed breakfast for us as we were leaving at early hours. one should also check the morning matket which startsnat 6 am.

There is nothing we didnt like

A lovely family-operated hotel within easy walking distance of most major sights in Bukhara. Staff are warm and welcoming. Property is new and room is spacious. Breakfast on the upstairs terrace is a highlight - richly varied, mix of hot and cold items, and bountiful. Made use of the common kitchen, which was highly appreciated. Would gladly recommend this property! Tip: If your maps app is struggling to find this property, because it is new, it is right beside Boutique Hotel Lola.

No real complaints - had a great stay.

Service could have been better. Breakfast was decent but there was construction across the street, and it made it awkward to eat in front of workers.

Brand new hotel, well located and beautiful large room. Had AC, private bathroom and very spacious all around.

Breakfasts were a little odd with some fruit past it's best. Semi glass door could have used a blind/curtain over it.

Felt like at home. The attention we had is from another world. Thanks again.

Kindness of the staff compensates any shortcomings.
