INThe staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large. The breakfast was excellent and too much. They even packed for me when I checked out earlier on the next day!
The name of the property is different from the one shown on the booking.com The name of the booking was Bukhara Old town, but there was no such name anywhere. Finally called on phone for guidance. The name was Lola Boutique Hotel. When reached there, my name was printed with them, so it was not mistaken identity. Yet the hotel claimed later that I did not stay there! That is cheating booking.com
IEVery centrally located, just a short walk from the main touristic sites. Staff are incredibly hospitable and even allowed me to check in very early in the morning as the room was available. Breakfast is substantial and you can choose to eat in the courtyard or upstairs terrace.
GBVery cosy and homely property in a perfect location in Bukhara old town! The terrace area is lovely and we met some nice people hanging out here, and the host was amazing, so kind making us breakfast every morning when we woke up, helped with laundry, allowed us to check out late before our train etc. Excellent value for money can’t recommend enough!

MYOttobek the receptionist is very kind, friendly... he walked with me to Chor Minor, worried that i would lost in that old village. He even pay the taxi fare when i dont have enough uzbek som. His uncle made me a delicous uzbek tea when i return to hotel late night.... they even send me to train station on 4.00am to make sure i wont miss my train with reasonable charge, since outside taxi charge too much, so this family offer us with their car. Ottobek also had dinner with us outside, he didnt mind to spend time with us. I wash my clothes with washing machine without charge. Ottobek speaks english fluently and teach me russian word too

GBGBThe property was in the heart of Samarkand, a short walk away from all the landmarks. The rooms were beautifully furnished with a Georgos bathroom and very good working air conditioning (believe me not all of the hotels have that). And they provided a lovely breakfast for us The staff were lovely and very helpful

DE-The employees were fantastic and very hospitable. They once insisted on treating us to a home-made plov for dinner which was really tasty! Also washed our clothes for free -Breakfast is quite nice and comes with flexible timing -Rooftop is nice to have with a glimpse on the historic skyline -Quiet since located in a quiet side street and good insulation of windows -New furniture, AC and TV all new
-The hotel is still brand new, so they are constantly trying to improve things -Location a brief 5 minutes walk to the touristic core
