The staff was really good and efficient, loved the breakfast spread, tea was the best special thanks to Mr shubham who made ginger tea at the breakfast area and that was the best!!

The room cleanliness was not upto the mark. Expected better since i have stayed in Hyatt properties before as well.

Es hat rundum alles perfekt für uns gepasst. Die Hotelanlage sowie auch die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt & wunderschön. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage wovon der Strand nur in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar ist. Des weiteren gibt es in der Umgebung viele tolle Restaurants. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns die Freundlichkeit & Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals! Besonders sicher fühlten wir uns durch die beiden Securitys der Tagschicht (Hemanta & seinem Kollegen, dessen Name wir leider vergessen haben). Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr köstlich & die große Auswahl konnte jeden Geschmack treffen. Bei der nächsten Reise nach Goa, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder zurück in dieses Hotel kommen. Danke für diesen Traumhaften & perfekten Aufenthalt.
