Liked the breakfast, facilities in general and close to the Beach

Car Parking is not upto the standard expected from Hyatt. It is uncovered parking with no shelter and exposed to hot sun and lots of dust. The cars are advised to be parked close to each other causing dents while opening and closing the doors. This can be improved. Also, requested for a pair of slippers but haven't got them. No small towels weren't in the room. Have to be asked!

The location is great. It's literally 200 meters from the beach.

Very clean and central hotel. Great helpful staff on all departments. They made our holiday more special.

Breakfast for European is restricted. Prices for meals and drinks not comparable to on the main road.

Room size is big

First of all , please be informed that there 2 hotels of Hyatt in same candolim beach area 2 kms apart. Cab driver dropped us at Hyatt centric and our booking was for Hyatt place. Inspite of my repeated requests, the hotel staff at Hyatt centric did not have courtesy to arrange a cab. I walked with luggage and entire family to main road and got another cab. Now coming to hyatt place hotel feedback. It is very basic hotel and hence relatively cheaper. Cleanliness and hygiene is an issue here. Men's changing room in front of swimming pool had human faeces lying on the ground. When I brought it to attention of hotel staff it took them 15 mins to reach although issue was grave.
