I liked the location and the lovely breakfast

Taxis at arrival and departure were problematic arrival When I got an airport taxi and it took me to the wrong hotel despite me asking when we pulled up if it was the right one he drove off .staff there were nice they rang the airport office got the drivers ph but he didn’t answer so I then had to pay to get to the correct hotel. This appears to be a frequent issue and should be resolved by staff confirming with the taxis maybe as he didn’t speak great English and I didn’t speak his language Leaving I got taxi via app as told by desk they couldn’t get one for me ? Then he arrived but ? Couldn’t enter not sure I had to ask doormen to take my ph and speak to him as said he was here but wasn’t when he came 10 mins after my time and we left I asked what was wrong with coming to hotel he said no problem but it’s seems there is
