The location is very good

Buffet is okay. The staff is not very friendly, specially the front desk staff. They do not mention that the garden view room will only be ground floor on booking. com and despite several requests they did not move to another room despite rooms being empty on higher floors. Additionally the staff was not very adjusting with checking out day prior, initially they refused and responses from different staff were ambiguous. when we requested further another staff mentioned this can be done via booking. com.
