only break fast is good

The food quality was disappointing. We ordered two bowls of plain rice, but the rice was not cooked properly and the quantity was inconsistent. Despite being charged a higher amount, the issue was not resolved even after we raised a complaint with the concerned staff. We also faced a serious issue with the air conditioning. All three rooms were filled with mist due to the AC malfunction, which left the floors wet and slippery. We reported this problem multiple times, but no action was taken. As a result of these conditions, our children developed a fever during the stay. We had originally traveled in two vehicles, but due to our children's health issues, we had to cancel our plans and book flight tickets at short notice. This caused us an additional financial burden of approximately ₹50,000.

Location of the hotel is very good !!

- The staff of hotel appeared to be less efficient and looks confused. - Check in took 40 minutes - Check out was a mess too. - Zing hotel inside the Hotel is totally disappointing. - seepage smell inside rooms on ground floor.
