De lokatie omgeving was had alle voorzieningen, bushalte, supermarkt en eetgelegenheden

Optisch was het schoon en war vergane glorie. Nieuwe raambekeding en kleine reparaties un de douche vloer zou een veelbetere indruk geven.

Gentilezza del proprietario. Letto comodo. Facilità di accesso.

La casa è un bilocale a pianoterra quasi senza finestre. Era difficile far arieggiare. C'era un forte odore di umido e polvere. La casa era davvero molto sporca. I filtri dell'aria condizionata erano sporchissimi e probabilmente non venivano puliti da anni.
