USGreat restaurant on site, lovely location on the beach, spacious room and friendly staff. The first night we checked in late and they even kept the restaurant open for us to have dinner.
Drive to the resort is a bit rough but doable in a car!
CAThe location is unmatched; absolutely awesome location and it’s wonderful to wake up to a private beach. They’ve been working on the access road which makes it very nice to drive, even in a sedan.
The rooms were disgusting. Very dirty and uncomfortable. I tried to not think about the foam mattress without a mattress protector - years of sweaty people sleeping on it. It smelled badly. This was the second time we’ve stayed. The first time we had upstairs rooms which were slightly better. The appeal is the location, not the lodge.

No ECO Resort at all. We did not see or feel any sustainability at all. We even asked.. It's a private beach but let's people pick all turtles eggs for eating in the nigth time and even toke one guest out for hunting leguanas. The terasse and the rooms was terrible organized with very little restoration. No dayligth could enter even the room facing the beach. Taps running, wholes the terasse floor etc.

If there was a little something they could do about the bugs in the room that would be nice. Hot water would have been alright. As a contractor I noticed the electrical could use some maintenance by the cabanas. Few little tweaks and that would really help!

Sometimes it took really long time to get our food in the restaurant and we experienced the staff to be a little unobservant. The rooms could have been better but it was worth the low price. We wished the hotel/restaurant staff had better skills in the english language.

FRBeautiful, secluded place, we’ve been a few times and love it. In the mornings and evenings you have the whole beach to yourself, staff are very nice and food is good. Good surfing spot for beginners.
You do need a car to get there comfortably. If you have any specific wishes, follow up directly via WhatsApp or phone. On weekends it becomes quite full during the day with day pass visitors and loud music.

They don’t inform how is the road to reach the property. It’s advisable 4x4. The facilities need to be updated, fixed or replaced.
CHAs it was the only hotel at this beach, the atmosphere was really laid back. The beach was beautiful, big and there were some nice waves, allowing to surf.
A 4x4 would be helpful to drive the final kilometers to the resort. We had only a standard limousine and the road (mud/small rivers) was a bit of a challenge. Food and drink options are good, but the service stopped around 7pm
