Tobias is GREAT host. Very nice, responsible, reliable, helpful, good communication and always ready to see you when anything comes up! The room was very nice, AC unit, fridge, TV, free wifi, shower, clean, all you need, balcony with amazing view of sea, beach and city, 3 elevators, nice easy going and smiling receptionist, two swimming pools, quiet neighbours, all the shops, restaurants and services downstairs, big parking lot, beach right next to building and also very convenient 10 baht bus trail crossing by. Not a party spot, more retirement like, but great for relaxing or working vibe. Good choice for budget Jomtien destination, price was better than similar places! Energy bills are very cheap too, dont worry! Nice meeting you Tobias and good luck to you, thanks for everything!

If you take longer showers, water on floor dont drain fast enough and soon its all over bathroom and behind toilet, be careful :))

To start with, the host is absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly! So I was really amazed by his hospitality and the service he provided. The location of the condo is just great, because its just 100m walk from the beach away, and all the facilities you need are close by, as are the transportation method like the Songthaew's (TukuTuk's).

However, the bed was quite uncomfortable and really hard. Started having back pains after 1 week already. The facilities of the condo, like the gym, were horrible. The gym's (two of them, are in no state to be used at all, and most of the equipment was broken all the time. The pool are was nice, but too crowded. The bathroom was okay, but please for the love of humanity change the toilet seat! I've never bitten on a more hurtful toilet seat in my life, that cuts into my cheeks. Overal the place is okay, but since I traveled along several condos during my stay to look for a place for my father, I stumbled upon better options, even for 1 month stays.

Perfect apartment we had one on the top floor the view is lovely morning or night we coukd see for miles. Tobias is the perfect host. Stayed for 3 weeks absolutely perfect. The area has a lovely beach over the road and 2 pools. The area is quite quiet so we used bolt taxis every night to go into Pattaya. It cost a couple of pound each way. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable very modern with equipment to cook. Although as food is so cheap we ate out everyday. Perfect host and apartment we woukd definately another holiday at the condos

As it was self contained we looked after ourselves. We had to ask for additional towels as we stayed 3 weeks 1 towl each was not enough. We did ask for additional towels and extra pillows which we received. In a hotel cleaning staff come in and change bedding and towels. Here we had no change of towels or bedding we felt we needed extra as the heat was so hot 3 weeks in the same bed felt a bit dirty.

Tobias the Host absolutely amazing Nothing is too much Trouble for Him. Clean apartment Everything you need in there . Great Location also a Great pool and staff super Friendly . As for the Host Tobias 👏👏👏 as already mentioned goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable experience. Will Definitely be back 👍

Location was great . Beach and pool restaurant buses all walking distance.

Everything was good. Tobias was one of the nicest person you want to meet. He was a phone call away for every need. Transportation to and from airport. Along with anything else you would need. I felt a home

Good location, clean and well maintained apartment on 18th floor with delightful view. Lovely pool. Close to 3 night markets with easy access using tut tuts to explore area or go up to Pattaya. Good currency exchange at entrance to property as well as Tops supermarket and 7 Elevens. Tobias was an excellent host who greeted us and went beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was extremely pleasant.

Lovely to sit on the beach and enjoy a drink but wouldn't recommend swimming in the water. Best to use the pool on s ite.

The host Tobias is the best of the best, if anything is wrong he is there in minutes to help, he also fixed a taxi from the airport 10/10 in service! The apartment was just as incredible, perfect view over jomtien and the sea. It’s close to a tops store and 7 eleven, restaurants, nightmarkets etc, everything you need. And the pool is great (especially at night time) I recommend this apartment 1000%, my whole experience was 10/10
