Sea View Beachfront Condos Pattaya Jomtien Beach

The beach is across the road. Unluckily for me roadwork and upgrades to beach access were underway during my visit, however future will be much better. Fantastic panoramic ocean and mountain city views from lounge and balcony

The bed was ok but could be comfier

Host Tobias really helpful and friendly. I had one issue which he went out of his way to fix. The room is as you see in the picture. Outstanding outlook from balcony. Pools are really nice. Large one good for laps. Building is well maintained, clean, and not noisy. Friendly place with security guards on site. Location is good - near beach for walks, near night market, and a range of shops.

The gym is passable but not real good.

Great location on Jotimen beach road, Tobias the hist was excellent communication was very good and the combo was spotlessly very clean.

Good location near the beach, restaurants and shops. Pattaya is easy to reach with affordable taxi’s. Nice swimming pool was close by.

Great location, facilities were good with all local amenities close by. Seaview was amazing, you can watch the sunrise and set from your bed! Tobias was a great host, very communicative and an all round lovely guy. The condo had everything you could need, for the price you couldn't ask for anymore in terms of facilities and quality.

One small suggestion would be for an extra set of bedding so you could have a spare to use whilst doing laundry. And possibly spare pillows.

Whist the location reads sea view it reflects excellent view from balcony of the sea which is for me outstanding However this sea view condo is in actual fact named jomtien beach condo however if you take an taxi direct from bangkok Suvarnabhumi your driver will take you too either building S1 or S2 I do believe perhaps Bookin dot com should mention in site however tiny problem I saw another guy the other day on motorbike whom was lost he had the collect location but confused my Booking com actual address I help him find his room if only he had checked his own phone he would have seen the text and email sent too him no problem though fortunately for him I was there too help him his obvious frustration left him he became happy after so all worked good for him and myself My host Tobias an lovely lovely caring man he cares about his guests highest standards possible called on me frequently too see if I was ok Tobias is an amazing man check out other reviews Tobias is an rare human being in today society he genuinely cares for all Tobias is an German family man speaks Thai English obviously German languages probably more I suspect You won’t be disappointed if Tobias is your host text him during your stay he will answer within his very hard working day he ensures your stay is the best ever at jomtien beach lovely walks swimming pool small gym is enough I highly recommend beach walks during evening sea breezes just beautiful plenty of restaurants near by shops and jomtien night market lots different foods disco for little toddler an few restaurants have inside pool for small children too enjoy you can watch your children in safe environment which you enjoy an meal 10/10

Only small criticism booking com needs too put address location as jomtien beach condos NOT sea view although an great sea view from room should you take taxi direct the drivers meet you at bangkok Suvarnabhumi meeting point your name on paper there’ll take your heavy with you too their car transport you too location I fully recommend taxi 30 euros book thru booking com or at. Airport taxi rank take ticket wait of on strict budget take bus takes longer yes cheaper won’t take you hotel only bus station be careful if staying Pattaya then Pattaya bus likewise for jomtien beach once arrives bus station travel light then motorcycle taxi hmmm no problem they know everywhere WEAR SAFTY HELMET RISK FINE FROM POLICE or share baht bus take you and others all round different hotel extremely cheap but can be long and cramped

Was picked up by Taxi ordered by Condo Onwer on Time from Sukumvit Bangkok to Condo in Jomtien Pattaya. Was met by the Owner who took me to the Condo showed me around I gave a single figure Bhat deposit to cover Eletric and Water to be used during my stay. I recieved half of my deposit back at end of my stay one good reason for this is that i only used the Air Con on a few accassions. The Condo was well decorated Clean and spacious for me and the best part was the view as it was on the 18th top floor the view from the Balcony looking over to the sea was superb. I will be booking up to go again very soon. I am a mature man who likes Jomtien it is quieter scene than the main nightlife in Central Pattaya 20 to 25 minutes away on the Bhat Bus. This LOCATION in Jomtien will not be suitable for the Young Party Goer who will want to be nearer the Main NightClubs Bars and Walking Street Scene etc all Located in Central Pattaya 25 minutes away.

Stayed for 12 nights, great location and lovely condo, clean modern and comfortable. Tobias the owner is very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and will be going back later in the year

Everything about the property was a positive for me, spacious, bright, clean, sits on the top floor with amazing view to the sea and the sunrise. I watched 2024 new year coming in from the balcony, what a nice experience, very close to the beach and amenities, coffee shops, restaurants, it’s a 5 minute walk from both night markets, well served with the local buses for Pattaya. Comfortable and quiet enough, considering it’s Jomtien beach in Christmas, New year week. Tobias was an absolutely brilliant host, he made sure he gave me an insight of how to get to places and what was going on in Jomtien beach, explained where all the facilities were, the gym and the pools ( there are 2) At a point I lost WiFi signal in the condo but Tobias got the issue resolved within a few hours. Very responsive host. I will definitely stay there again really good value for money. I definitely recommend Thank you Tobias
