Bolongo Bay Beach Resort

This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was fantastic! We loved the family-owned vibe, David was always checking in with us seeing how we were liking everything. We are both in the service industry and the guest service impressed us from start to finish! The servers and bartenders were so friendly! They remembered us and our room number, plus always said hello with a smile! It really made the week even better. The food and drinks were 10/10. We loved everything at both Oasis and Iggies! Such great variety and quality! The resort itself is beautiful! We loved having the pool/swim-up pool bar or beach option. It was also never crazy busy in the pool, just a nice lively level of guests. The views are gorgeous! We did 3 boat activities on Heavenly Days: the sunset sail, half day sea turtle snorkeling and the Limeout trip on Saturday. The crew was excellent!! We love Erin, Wes, James & Caymen! The front desk was also so helpful with getting us taxis! We only had one hiccup which was our AC not working the best but we stayed cool with the fans. We will absolutely be back & recommend Bolongo Bay to friends!

We honeymooned here 37 years ago and we have been back about 10 more times and will continue next Feb. 2027. Staff are great very considerate and friendly. 007 is best bar tender!! Miriam one of our fav servers. Iggies on beach now open after hurricane damage. Love it as always!! Nightly music.. all inclusive and menu is great. What’s not to love.

Location is perfect between Red Hook and Charolette Great homey vibe throughout the reaort Comfortable rooms with outstanding views An iconic beach bar just reopened there Iggies but is located far enough from rooms that noice is never an issue Service staff are always delightful and they make you feel like you’re the only one there Price value food incredible! Stay home dont come to my favorite place to stay in St Thomas!!!

Resort had a great vibe. The family that runs the place cares about your experience. We took 2 trips on the heavenly days boat, and spent one day out in town. Otherwise we found it easy to stay busy at the resort with the all-inclusive package. We stayed for 4 nights, and really enjoyed it. We saw a lot of wildlife and the beach never felt crowded.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bolongo Bay!! The staff were all helpful and friendly and were quick to respond to any questions we had!! The best family friendly spot ever. Santana was a phenomenal server and treated our family as her own at the Oasis. Big Dog was amazing at Iggys🥰. The man at the beach shack for the paddle boards and kayaks was top notch. The entire hotel staff was perfect. I can’t recommend this place more for families. The staff truly treated us like a we part of their Caribbean family. The Sunday Funday catamaran was the best day ever! Captain Wes was amazing!!! Only thing I am mad about is that Bolongo added a lime out trip just before we came. Side bar: Lime out is meh. Secret harbor is better than Sapphire 😘

Our stay at Bolongo Bay was very nice. I thought all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had an ocean view which we loved. The food at the Oasis and Iggys was very good. You are definitely given plenty to eat! Drinks were delicious but I would not say they were very strong. Rooms are clean but we did have issues with the toilet a couple of times. When this was brought to their attention it was quickly remedied. It was definitely a “laid back” atmosphere- which is something we appreciated.

Beautiful. 3rd time here. Staff and guest friendly. Baths need remodel. This is really my only criticism. We will ne coming back.
