bed hard as rocks .showers you cant bend over in or even wash your feet extremely small . people smoking on the balcony ruin my whole vacation as a non smoker it is very discussing to smell smoke don't force me to smell it go out on the street and smoke this was a smoke free campus i thought

Loved that we didn’t have to go anywhere! Everything was right there for us. Dining, drinks, entertainment, pool and such friendly and welcoming staff. We could relax and enjoy the pool or beach at Bolongo. I will definitely return for another vacation!!

I booked this resort because it had glowing reviews on social media. Upon arrival I was immediately underwhelmed. It appeared a lot nicer online than in person. Also, the rate they are charging did not match the conditions. Totally overpriced! It is also painfully obvious that none of the staff wants to be at work, as their attitudes were very unpleasant. We only had pleasant interactions with the concierge, Jameson and a lady in the gift shop; I believe her name is Nicole. They were very nice and helpful. Everyone else acted as if they did not want to be bothered. The food always came out slow at the restaurant, and the servers there were also unpleasant. Overall, I can say that I would not return to this resort or would not recommend.

Great staff and beautiful views. Had a relaxing wonderful time.

It is an older property but has the secret benefit of being an all inclusive. My wife and I like the flip flop and shorts vibe versus dressing up. The food will exceed your expectations. Rooms are clean and functional but not over the top.
