The food was awesome and the drinks.

Liked everything about the property.

We absolutely had the best time. Nicole at the gift shop is top notch and comes with many local recommendations. If anything, it would an added value for the experience to add a screen door the back doors that open beach side.

Excellent option for scuba divers. The dive shop is on site of the hotel. St Thomas Dive Club

The property was nice and quiet. We came the week before thanksgiving ‘24 and it was quiet. Never had to wait for any kind of service. Staff was super friendly. One thing to keep in mind is that this is by no means a luxury resort. You won’t find extravagant water sports straight on their property or multiple bars and restaurants to choose from. They do have daily boat excursions from the property by a 3rd party “Heavenly Days” and a scuba group that is on property, but neither is included in the all inclusive. They do have snorkeling (which we did), they had paddle boards, kayaks, and other activities that we were too busy to do. They are only 15 minutes from Coral World Ocean Park which was a great time, and only 8 minutes from USVI shark diving which was amazing. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and the food and staff were top notch.

We love the customer service at this resort.Melissa and Santana were great people and made our experience amazing. It was our first time at the resort and in Virgin Islands. It was a kid friendly resort and it is has an all inclusive option which made this resort affordable.If you are looking for a resort that is budget friendly and great for the family. This is the resort!

-Resort is away from things definitely rent a car - very helpful and friendly staff (lady in the gift shop(missed her name)) -food was very good -beach needs some work -mixed feelings on additional tips with every meal/drink - very safe and welcoming area - many things to do in and around st Thomas located in the gift shop ( found this out late)

Me & my husband spent our honeymoon at Bolongo Bay & we could not have asked for a better place to stay for our celebration of getting married! The staff were super nice, especially the front desk person Jamison! He was super friendly & always checking in on us to ask how we were doing/how we are liking our stay- he recommended places for us to explore on the island (which we enjoyed all of his recommendations), reserved us taxis to get around from the resort, & just all around a great guy! The food was incredible & we never had a bad meal, which was a plus since we stayed all inclusive! The restaurant workers were super friendly & we always had great service! We really enjoyed the open bar by the pool & of course Rocky the bartender was always fun to talk to! We loved how family oriented this beautiful place was & enjoyed getting to talk to the son, Michael, who made us feel very welcomed & always checked in with us to see how we were doing as well! I also enjoyed getting to see the sweetest resort kitties which also made me feel at home since I own several of my own! We always felt safe & met some amazing people who were staying there as well. We truly enjoyed our stay here & will definitely be back in the future!
