I booked for Thursday but when I tried to call to reschedule the date no one answered the phone, the next day we got the key and after we checked in,we went to buy food when we come back there were people in the room.so much disappointed with lack of communication

Have a better and clear communication

The cleanliness

Hot water system in the shower goes on and off

Apartment was clean and specious

No hot water to take a shower, the bathroom had no light, the scrounging is too noisy
