The Millennial Cosy stay

We were impressed with the first room on day 1.

We were unhappy when we got moved from our parking spot by other guests who claimed it is allocated to them. The contact numbers provided were all going to voicemail, had to email to get assistance which meant no urgency response in our matters. Got moved to another room which messed with our morning plans as we were getting ready to leave to prepare for a wedding on Sunday. Topped it off by allocating us a room that turned out to be a laundrette, my husband was literally irritated most of the afternoon as his bathing time was delayed by the waiting hours not knowing when the cleaner could possibly be returning to pick up her laundry as she had not come back by the time she said she would. The first room had a long mirror, everything was great and the room we were swapped to did not which was an inconvenience. It also would have been nice to be welcomed by someone who gave us a reachable contact.

Stench of dirty sink drain when you walk in, no coffee table, fridge packed up with ice and not closing, no power plugs next to bed, no chair for the desk, smelly pillows, couch dirty, no shampoo and lotion... that place is horrible

Nothing at all

The bedding was dirty, curtains were dirty as well… I didn’t like the fact that we had to wait till literally during the day to get cleaning equipments due to the room where the equipments are kept was locked & we had to come to a room that was not yet ready for us because it was only then getting cleaned yet we arrived at agreed time … other than that everything was fine
