Top ! Personnel accueillant et très sympathique ! À l’écoute et surtout d’une efficacité irréprochable. L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable. La déco est parfaite. L’emplacement et la vue depuis le balcon incroyable ! Le service voiturier à disposition rend le séjour parfait ! Le petit déjeuner en chambre est top !

Il n’y a rien que nous n’avons pas aimé

Le personnel de l’hôtel est formidable. A l’écoute , et très serviable de la femme de ménage, bagagiste, accueil, voiturier, services d’étage. Le personnel de l’accueil sont à votre écoute et vous conseil de très bons restaurants. Le petit est tout simplement digne d’hôtel étoilé . Je recommande et je reviendrai.

Les chambres du côté boulevard a beaucoup de circulation.

I’ve been booking hotels my entire life, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. The room was not cleaned at all during our stay, and when we asked about it, we were told that cleaning wasn’t included in the price. This was never mentioned anywhere during booking — it’s pure nonsense and false information. On top of that, we were given very few towels, and no effort was made to offer more or check in on guests’ comfort. We had planned to come back to this hotel in the future, but after this experience, we will absolutely never return. Very disappointing.
