J'ai vraiment apprรฉciรฉ le confort la propretรฉ de l'hรดtel, son emplacement. Nous avons passรฉ un super sรฉjour au ZEN SUITES HOTEL.

Je ne sais pas si l'รฉtablissement en possรจde mais quand on vient avec des bรฉbรฉs il est plus confortable de prรฉvoir une chambre avec baignoire.

Nous sommes venue avec des enfants en ayant confirmรฉe notre rรฉservation et en pleine nuit lors de notre arrivรฉe ont nous annonce quโ€™il nโ€™y a plus de disponibilitรฉ suite ร  une fuite dans la chambre que nous devions avoir !!!! Cโ€™est inadmissible ! Il aurait fallu nous contacter ! Un simple mail aurait suffit ! Je ne comprends pas !

Accueil trรจs professionnel malgrรจ notre arrivรฉe tardive, le jeune homme ร  l'accueil a รฉtรฉ trรจs serviable de notre arrivรฉe jusqu'au dรฉpart trรจs tot .

J'ai rรฉservรฉ pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 11 & 14 ans, mes filles ont dormi sur un canapรฉ sans linge de lit ( oreillers et couvertures disponibles ) , ce n'est ni hygienique ni confortable. Pas le choix nous reprenions l'avion quelques heures aprรจs notre arrivรฉe ร  l'hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at ZEN Suites Hotel Massira. The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is great and everything was well organized. I would also like to give a special thank you to the cleaning lady โ€” she was very kind, helpful, and always made sure the room was perfectly clean. Her work made my stay even better. What did you not like? Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about. Everything was good and the experience was pleasant overall.
