A beautiful hotel and the staff are credit to you. The roof terrace with the Jacuzzi was lovely. Very clean and comfortable room and the attention to detail and the welcome Birthday gift in the room was appreciated. Breakfast was very good.

I didn't get the room that I had booked and although the room we got was very good it didn't have the terrace that I had requested. Also half way through our stay the electricity in the Bathroom cut off leaving it very dark.

Lovely city centre location in Valletta, conveniently located for many of the city tourist attractions. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was excellent. Freshly made to order and served by very friendly and helpful staff. All the staff we encountered couldn't do enough for you, but I'd particularly highlight Leticia on reception who is terrific asset for the hotel. We had a 'superior' room on the third floor, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well maintained. Somewhat unusually, there was no window, but a large (approx 10ft x 6 ft) large glass roof section with an electric blind. Not a problem, but obviously the only view was the sky! A modern bathroom, again spotlessly clean and with excellent quality towels. The rooftop hot tub was a nice touch after a tiring day walking around the somewhat hilly town. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and would thoroughly recommend giving it a try. The quality of the food was excellent. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our five nights here and would happily stay again if we return to Valletta.

One minor observation of an issue which is not in the hotel's control. Valletta has many churches and some of them ring their bells four times an hour, every hour, even through the night. A quick purchase of ear plugs solved the issue for us, but be warned!

Персонал не міг допомогти а декількох ситуаціях, не було застелено друге ліжко, не було допомоги з замовленням таксі. Прибирання відбувалось в непідходящий час.
