Hotel Indo Prime - Jaipur City Centre

Location was great and the room was clean.

The access key to our room never worked and they couldn't fix it so we always had to go to the reception and get them to open the door for us.

Leaving the hotel

1. The room looked like a rundown travelodge 2. The shower blasted you to the wall badly fitted like a tsunami comes out of the shower into the bedroom 3. The lights were flickering so had no lights 4. The bed was disgusting on plasterboard, you get on the bed and it cracks and blood were on the pillows 5. At 11pm at night they were sanding/cementing the reception which was very loud 6. 700 rupees for flies on your sandwich’s scum on your tea cups full of water which had flies on them just on the table nothing suitable for English unless bread with a side of flies 7. Staff were rude and arrogant 8. The hotel were loud could hear everything in everyone’s rooms. Cup of chai= ecoli . Nice cardboard on the floor in the reception. If you go outside for a cigarette your guaranteed to be perved on

Location

The breakfast was an absolute disaster. No food and no staff at 8m when the buffet was meant to be open. Had to go to reception to find out what was happening. Table cloths filthy.

Location

The receptionist did not speak English and was doing multiple things in the middle of my check-in. I got at the hotel late (after 22), the restaurant was closed at that time and external food is not allowed. I was woken up in the morning by a call for Breakfast whereas I did not have complimentary breakfast. Doors kept on slamming in the morning. Therefore not possible to sleep.
