staff tried to understand why we checked out shortly after we reached the room and tried to refund us, but we’re not able to because the reservation had been completed on Booking

I stayed there 3 nights, and there was no hot water in the bathroom/shower. I asked the staff many times and everytime they said they will fix it in 30 minutes, but never got fixed. I got a cold from cold showers. Breakfast not worth the money. My room was very smelly as well, had to leave the AC on all night for fresh air. The staff does not speak very well english, and was hard to communicate about the hot water issues every morning/evening.
