It was centrally located

The noise from the street below, no kettle. Broken facilities. The shower leaked all over the floor due to the grouting not been fixed.

We chose this accommodation because it´s in a typical local house with a beautiful arched ceiling and floor tiles. It´s on the main street of the old city and makes Polignano easily accessible. Everything worked fine. We were especially pleased with the cleaning service and amenities, the responsiveness of the staff via WhatsApp and the lively neighborhood. The balcony let us watch the procession of the Madonna in the street below, something we did not expect seeing. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation and would return.

Two items I would have liked to see are a proper closet (rather than a rack) and an additional hand-held shower. Still, this is just a tip for future improvement and did not make a dent in our enjoyment of the accommodation.

It was a perfect location,you had everything you needed close by.

I wish it had a view.And

Location is very convenient, it's around 15min walk from train station and easy walk around the old town and to the beach; and we liked the high stone ceiling gives the place character.

The window opens to the back of a wall so there is no view, and even if you open the window it gets very dusty quickly; there's not enough surface to put things on, so we have to put on the only chair in the room then you have nowhere to sit but the bed; there's a kettle but no cups were provided; everything in the bathroom is half hanging/dangling off the wall; shower is rusty and only the top shower head works; construction in the building start drilling at 8am; and there's a sharp flash light off the wall alarm panel so if you are sensitive you need to use some sticker to cover it.

Perfect location Loved the balcony overlooking the pedestrian street.. very close to everything you could possibly want and one of the best restaurants just a few doors away .

Everything was great but a couple more chairs on the balcony would make it even better
