Very noisy in the evening and at night

The property is located in the centre of Via Roma within walking distance of the train station and 2 mins from the town and ‘beach’. Ceilings are stunning…

I booked the King room although travelling solo as I like space, the king room is big however the corner jacuzzi was broken when I arrived by a previous guest (I was told with no apology ) , the shower door was almost off the runner and there is no view at all in this room as the large windows overlook a wall and a roof of what looks like a laundry downstairs (photo attached) The double sink does not drain away well and although it was sorted when I complained about it, it was starting to not drain away again by the time I was leaving… I also complained about the air con on the second week as it was definitely not working properly however was told that it was because of the sun outside coming in …although the king room gets NO sun and was working fine the week before … I know these apartments are usually booked for 2-3 days at a time and I had booked 2 weeks to use it as a base to travel around however it was not the best …also the stairs up to the apartment are very steep so if you have a lot of luggage or are elderly its not ideal.

Property was excellent. Well maintained, clean, very friendly staff and location was perfect in the old town.

Property is wonderful but could benefit from one or two small changes like having proper plugs next to the bed for connecting electronics and giving normal coffee cups instead of carton cups. But all in all great 🤍

The room was nice because of the atipic ceiling and the bed sheets were clean.

We stayed there for 2 days and we didn’t had hot water at all. They knew it when we checked in, but didn’t said anything and when we discovered it, they said that there is a problem and they will call a technician and will fix it, but they didn’t. After one day, they told us that we have to understand that is a problem beyond their control…The shower was mouldy and was not properly cleaned, because we found someone else’s hair. Also, the shower was leaking in the room, but that they fixed. Also, because it is located on a street with restaurants, it is very, very noisy! In the end, the lack of hot water and their lack of interest, was disappointing!

The location is great. Huge, lovely room, very beautiful. Comfortable and big bed with nice pillows. Staff was nice and provided many usual information

walls aren’t in good condition, especially in the bathroom , views also isn’t interesting . Noise from next door room. It was really uncomfortable to hear everything what going on in the next room.
