AULoved our short stay here and wish we’d been able to stay longer. The home is excellently located and very well equipped.

The shower upstairs was very hot and we could not figure out how to cool it off so we used the downstairs shower. We could not find any oven gloves to remove hot pans from the oven.
GBA delightful holiday home, beautifully decorated with, great beds, bathrooms and social areas. Ideal for EV drivers with the EV charger. Only half an hour from the Red Lion gastropub, literally 150 yards from a quirky craft brewery, and close to great walks and local attractions.

Found it hard to get the downstairs shower temperature right and would be good to have a hallway rug ( runner)for when you’ve taken off your wet shoes.Sorry
GBVery clean house. Lovely comfortable beds. Great location- close to a beautiful waterfall and within walking distance of Matlock Centre and Matlock Bath. We had good weather so and made use of the seats in the garden, which has nice views of rolling hills. There’s parking for two cars and the area felt safe. We stayed over the Easter weekend and Susan (the owner) left us all an Easter egg, which was a lovely treat, the kids were very happy!! We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
My only gripe was that for a four day stay there was only two toilet rolls for a family of 8. The rolls were partly used too, so we had to buy more.

GBBeautiful cottage set in a fantastic picturesque location. Fantastic way to celebrate a big birthday with family including furry friends. Kitchen perfectly fitted out as well as awesome dinning room. Living room is perfect for large groups.
Wood burning fire in wrong place but didn't stop use enjoying the facilities.
