Clean and spacious room and big bathroom. Modern and well designed hall area.

There is no shower. No shower curtain or glass wall to prevent water splashing when you shower. We had to sit on a bathtub to shower done.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were extremely nice, great service provided.

The ocean view suite was spacious with really comfy beds. We had a great view of the ocean & the sunrise was spectacular. The staff were very attentive & helpful, they assisted us with storing our luggage late into the day we checked out.

The hotel is a distance from the city centre. A good half hour walk.

We had ran into a 1% rare instance where the cans in the fridge had fallen and when the door was closed the cans blocked the fridges ability to close and the cans had push up onto the glass causing fracturing in the glass. This appeared to be a structural fault with the integrity of the sloped lay out of the base where the cans sit which make them easily fall over and a fault with the the integrity of the glass to handle the pressure of the cans pushing up against it. Staff had tried to hold me mostly liable for this and I considered it unfair. If Toyota builds a car with a bad axel and the driver is driving and the axel fails because the driving was driving the car would it be the consumers fault or would the consumer have to pay to repair the axel? I don't think so, Toyota would recall have taken place to rectify the issue. In this instance I was forced to pay 50% of repair costs which i believe was not fair but had done it because the staff said he would be forced to pay for the of it out of his money.

Clean rooms and helpful staff

Very nice, new hotel with a modern feel. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.

You have to be aware that it's a bit further out. However, this was no problem with Grab. The only flaw was the breakfast, which is not suitable for vegetarians.
