Super friendly staff and very comfortable rooms

The bathtub on the outdoor balcony is really great, but unfortunately it is not very hidden. People can see your bathtub from the left or right or upstairs. It's a pity.

The staff were amazing, bar and lounge lovely. Pool view was really lovely.

The food options in the restaurant wasn’t great for a vegetarian. The food was ok, but not as tasty as I have eaten in other restaurants. Allowing people to smoke around the pool is very off putting when such a small area. The fitness facilities were ok but quite basic.

High quality facilities throughout. The room was top notch, nicely designed and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, there is a fitness room and a play room right next to the spacious roof top pool. Staff was friendly, but seemed rather inexperienced and awkward at times.

While it's located directly at the beach, there is not much going on in the off season. This may sound like peace and quiet, but it rather had a creepy and deserted vibe. I went back inside after two minutes and I'm a big beach person. I've never felt so lost at such an extensive breakfast buffet and I'm aware that it's not unusual in South East Asia to offer very hearty food for breakfast, but I really struggled to find something l liked and I'm usually not picky.

Was supposed to be a buffet breakfast but first morning it did not enough guests so it was al a carte and second morning, most things were cold or finished

The reception staff made errors on check in twice and getting basic information from them was impossible due to the communication barrier.

Front desk on arrival tried very hard to help me get taxis to go out and have a meal and also go to an ATM and change money.

On site restaurant has no vegan options. They made no attempt to accommodate my meals. I took taxis to town for my meals and after I let them know I will be checking out early due to lack of available meals on site they gave me a limited menu of vegan options. Also, it seems like guests can cross from one balcony to another. Gym was less than basic.

We stayed here for a week. The ocean view rooms are amazing, and our waiter Nui at Akasha Chinese Restaurant was really friendly and funny. He is probably the best person working in the entire hotel! Food at the restaurant was great, can't fault it.

There is one exceptionally rude staff member that repeatedly ruined our stay, but it's probably better report his dealings to the management in private. The view to the ocean is truly fantastic but stepping outside was a mistake; we really felt like we shouldn't be there. Apart from one or two staff at the hotel we felt a significantly colder treatment than anywhere else in Vietnam.
