Poseido Hotel Quảng Bình

We visited Poseido Hotel during what was clearly a busy summer travel season for Vietnamese people, and while crowded, the hotel managed the influx of guests admirably. Coming from Saigon, we've seen our share of packed destinations, but Poseido stood out by ensuring all our needs were met. Staff was very friendly and went out their way to help us, our room was both spacious and felt brand new, and the infinity pool provided a truly breathtaking view. The breakfast buffet offered good value. A definite highlight was the Akasha Chinese Restaurant – the prices were surprisingly reasonable, and it's a must-try!

A lot, I already posted a review about the room. After my review they tried to make it up to us by providing an airport transfer but only if we delete our previous review. This is the reason why the hotels has lots of positive reviews. Be aware that the staff is rude, rooms smell, shower does not have a drain so the bathroom will flood with water (we had like 2cm high water), staff did not speak English and they served us outdated canned drinks.

If you have the option, choose a different hotel. Staff are rude and don’t speak English. The bathroom wil flood with water after taking a shower. The drinks being served like beer or other canned drinks are outdated.

The room was clean, bedsheets and linens were also clean, staff was nice and my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It was nice to be able to take a shower after the tour and before night transportation, although there was some confusion with the shower at first, but then it got resolved.
