Anonymous hotel room in an anonymous oldish hotel. The room was very small with 2 large beds. No space to open the luggage. Close to the airport, far from everything else

Overall ok mosque are very close I love it

My room was very small and air-conditioning not working I asked reception he said said he can't change the room when I said pay my money back I am going then he changed the room room was ok

The location is quite good — it’s very close to the road, so when you order a taxi, it arrives right at the hotel.

The room we booked was very disappointing. There was absolutely no view from the window, the room was very small and cramped, and the lighting was terrible. Many things didn’t work at all — the TV wasn’t connected to anything, it was just hanging on the wall, the water wouldn’t drain in the shower, and the lighting in the bathroom was very dim. I also really didn’t like the breakfast. There was hardly anything available — no vegetables, no fruits, not even plain drinking water. When I asked for a little water for my child, I was told there was no water — and the staff spoke in a very rude tone. The service at breakfast felt as if we were some kind of free add-on. It was so unpleasant that we didn’t even go to breakfast on the second day and went to a café instead. There was also a problem when I needed an iron. I spent half the morning looking for one — everyone kept telling me to ask someone else, and in the end, I left without finding it. The hotel itself is in desperate need of cosmetic renovation. Everything feels worn-out, old, and somewhat dirty, to be honest.

It was one of the worst experiences in my life. I booked the hotel two months in advance. I had a late flight arriving at 1 am which is why I confirmed several times with the hotel the late check in time. On the day of the stay early in the morning they messaged me again to confirm the arrival time and several hours later they called me to tell that they’re overbooked and are not able to host me. I received this information right in the middle of traveling before my flight, on the day of the stay, passing the check in time. I complained about putting me in a difficult situation and they said they are looking if they can refer me to another hotel of the company and asked me to wait for their response. And as you may guess there was no response and I arrived to Tashkent at 1 am with no place to sleep. It was a very stressful situation, very difficult to find available accommodation at that time of the day. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Do not trust on your reservation with this hotel!
