The AC stopped working..

Just the location

The staff is not pro active to my request and fault reports,, There is no welcome water when I arrived, Im sleepless on my first night coz AC is not cooling, i had to open the window at night atleast but the car noises outside is very loud. They didn’t do anything like remedies plus they cant speak much english,,,they changed my room the next day but I already had a bad impression.

I like the location, ambiance and its value of money, I came for the 2nd time. Highly recommended for families.

The place was good. However, the male receptionist was not very helpful.

To start, we had booked an airport transfer through the hotel, but no one showed up. We called multiple times — no response. We were stranded until we thankfully used Yandex to get a cab ourselves. When we brought it up at reception, the staff just shrugged it off. The reception area itself was messy and unwelcoming. Breakfast was pathetic — limited options, and once the eggs were finished, that was it. No refills, no concern. The staff were largely clueless and unhelpful, often Googling answers instead of offering real solutions. Our room had an AC that stopped working on the first night, and the "solution" they gave us was to sleep with the window open — which led to us getting sick. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and looked like they hadn't been properly maintained in ages. The shower door felt like it could collapse at any moment. Even worse, strange groups of men were checking in late at night, making the atmosphere very uncomfortable for families. On the second day, one helpful staff member moved us to a different room, but the same issues repeated. Turns out, there was a major technical issue affecting multiple rooms ACs — but the hotel acted like it was no big deal. The fastest thing that ever happened was when they agreed to let us check out.We ended up checking out after the first night. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust any of the glowing reviews — our experience was nothing like what was promised. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else.

The location was far from city center. The staff (the manager) was not helpful at all. But was very close to the Airport.
