Outside needs work- landscaping, awnings are not in usable condition, missing light fixtures. We asked for an early check-in. The host did not send the entry code until 30 minutes after check-in time.

Amazing place, clearly exceed our expectations: beautiful house, beautiful location, with every kind of appliance you could need. We would have loved to stay longer...

The views. The kitchen and bathroom were nice.

It was a pity that the outdoor area hadn’t been swept clean and spruced up a bit. Neighbours were sat on their porches/garden chairs enjoying the good weather and views but the chairs on the decking were covered in cobwebs and not very clean so we didn’t want to sit on them. This was a shame as the sole reason for booking the venue was to sit outside overlooking the lake which we couldn’t do.

House was very nicely updated inside and had all needed for the group of friends meeting. Combination of ceiling fans and window AC's is good for folks who like differing levels of warmth or cool.

Black mold on all shower heads and shower floor Patio furniture was filthy and unusable. No outdoor lights for safety. Cobwebs on ceiling fans and every corner of the house on ceiling and floors. Visible accumulation of food crumbs under couch cushions. Carpet in bathroom was wet and smelled. We have photos to provide if owner needs to see what was not cleaned for a long time. It was disappointing for with the price paid. Will continue issuing hotels.

The location was spectacular! The house was charming and comfortable.

We can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The home is right on Lake Ontario, and the view is amazing. There is a bonfire pit so you can have a fire watching the water. The home is within half an hour of Niagra Falls. There are lots of things to do within a short distance. It is very relaxing and beautiful listening to the waves. We enjoyed our stay!

The carpet could use a steam cleaning, and there were a ton of spiders that our kids did not like. However we were not looking for perfect, we were looking for a beautiful view on a budget. This home matched our needs, and we enjoyed ourselves. It would help families on a budget to have a gas grill at the home. There is an older charcoal grill, but we did not use it.
