We appreciated the sleek, minimalist fit out and the calm ambience of the apartment. The interiors are modern, well lit, clean, and the building amenities like rooftop pool, gym, and landscaped common areas made downtime more pleasurable. The location is a major selling point, just a short stroll to Tanjung Aru beach, local markets, and restaurants plus easy access to downtown and the airport.

We did face occasional wait times for the lift during peak evening hours.

We loved the modern décor and layout of the suite. The open living, dining and kitchen area felt roomy and well lit, and we particularly appreciated the infinity rooftop pool with panoramic sea and runway views. The building’s amenities like gym, rooftop deck, secure parking are solid and well maintained. It's location is excellent, within walking distance to Perdana Park, Tanjung Aru beach, and local eateries and still only less than 10 minutes by car to Imago mall and the city center.

This unit at Aru Suites was sparkling clean, modern and spacious, with air-conditioning in all rooms, a comfortable living area, and reliable high speed internet that made our work and streaming smooth, and we also appreciated the free secure basement parking and the rooftop gym with panoramic views.Wwe managed fine and often walked to nearby eateries and cafes, with Tanjung Aru Beach just a few minutes away by foot and several hawker stalls and supermarkets nearby offering affordable and tasty local food.

We genuinely enjoyed using the rooftop infinity pool and sunset deck, the gym was adequate, and the views were unbeatable. The apartment interior was modern, clean and comfortable, and being only a short walk from Tanjung Aru Beach, Perdana Park, and local shopping made things easy.

There were occasions when the pool was closed early for maintenance which limited our swim time.

Value for money while still maintaining a high standard of comfort. The apartment was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the city, and it was easy to get to popular attractions like the Kota Kinabalu City Mosque and the Kota Kinabalu Wetland Centre. And also can easily visit the Sabah State Museum to learn about the culture and history of the region, or take a boat to the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park for a day of snorkeling.

Superb location, right in the heart of Kota Kinabalu with easy access to many attractions. The apartment itself was clean, modern and very well maintained, with a comfy bed and a cozy living space. I particularly appreciated the full kitchen and the fact that there’s a washing machine, which came in handy during my trip. The Atkinson Clock Tower is nearby, which is a lovely piece of history, and you’re only a short walk away from Suria Sabah Shopping Mall where you can shop, eat, and relax by the waterfront.

My stay was very enjoyable thanks to the modern and tastefully decorated apartment that offered a fantastic view of the ocean and islands from the balcony and the unit came fully equipped with a comfortable bed, smart TV, kitchenette, washer and fast WiFi, while the building’s rooftop infinity pool and gym were real highlights, offering panoramic views of the city skyline and sea. The location is also a big plus, being close to Tanjung Aru Beach, Imago Shopping Mall, and just 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.

The spacious layout and modern kitchen made our stay comfortable, and the building facilities like the rooftop pool and secure parking were a definite plus, while the proximity to Aru Beach and local eateries made exploring convenient.
