Beautiful Waterside House on Exeter Quay

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. The whole family loved this property and have asked if we can return next time we’re in the area. It felt very spacious and comfortable with lots of places to relax. Great views over the quay to watch the world go by.

Stayed here previously it’s a beautiful spot and the house is really nice and clean - living room is a lovely spot to spend time and watch the world go by

the house could benefit from a little TLC in places we had a blocked sink in the main bathroom - we could use the other bathroom sink but it wasn’t ideal. Few areas felt like they could be updated to make it feel more welcoming and homely but we do like it here a lot

Just a beautiful house, amazing views of the river, lovely cosy spaces to relax in and close to everything in the quayside, including loads of restaurants and cafes, which is such a nice part of Exeter. Two very comfy bedrooms and one enormous and stunning one! I'd definitely return.

Comfortable and spacious town house with homely touches and decor. In a great location overlooking The Quay, great base to explore Exeter on foot with good choice of restaurants, bars and independent shops nearby. Loved sitting in or out and people watching. Situated in a gated community with private parking space. Host accommodated a later check out on the Sunday morning.

Beds comfortable but found the pillows too high. Only one teaspoon in the kitchen. House this size / quality would benefit from having a dishwasher.

Perfect location and a stunning home. Would return!

Poor communication from the hosts.

Location was excellent and felt very safe. Superb views over the river.

Bin’s needed in bedrooms/ bathrooms, information regarding recycling needed. Communication with host took a little longer than hoped.
