Beautiful Waterside House on Exeter Quay

Location is better than advertised. Right in the heart of the Quay area, next to the river with a lovely private terrace. Great views from middle and top floor.

Bedroom blinds need to be darker for summer

It was very modern, comfy, spacious, and a great location. Gated parking was a bonus.

The floors were a bit creaky.

It was good. Quaint and pleasant. Superb location. We are a family of 4 with teenagers looking at the uni. So it suited us. Good communication and instructions for entering property.

Double bed on the top floor was ok but not super comfortable. No wine glasses or dishwasher or tea spoons. Shower was a bit hot / cold unreliable. There was dust etc under the rug under the top floor although generally it was pretty clean.

The location was fabulous. It was a family trip and my entire family loved the place. So comfortable amd the spacious property with high value for money. No second thoughts on staying again at the same property during our next visit to Exeter. Fantastic.

Location,comfort, views, parking and safety all good, lovely lounge,

Minor points - no teaspoons, no bedside tables in large bedroom (furniture arranged to optimise view from the bed I guess) Stairs a bit daunting if you are a bit older or less mobile.Narrow access to second bedroom's en-suite.

Location location location right in the heart of the quayside exactly what we had hoped for

Nothing at all if I was being very fussy I’d say a dishwasher and sky sports wouldn’t go a miss but in all seriousness we didn’t really need either!
