Good view and big room. Half board meal is very luxury. Worth for money.

Air conditioning close to head. Lobby not easy to access.

Nice room, good public bath, surprisingly good food for a buffet. All inclusive drinks was a nice bonus for the price. Staff was friendly and efficient, but not intrusive at all. Good value overall.

Typical overly firm bed, but better than most in Japan

People were very kind. Restaurant is awesome. It is buffet and so many kinds of food. Even alochol is free. You will love it. I need to go station to pick up my brother. They provided a van only for our family. We did table tenis after dinner. Very nice place and want to visit again!

Pros: very clean and spacious room, great amenities, staff was super friendly and helpful, the room we booked has private onsen, there are gaming room and table tennis room too Cons: the breakfast and dinner buffet were just okay and food and drink selection are pretty good, most of the staff doesn't understand/speak english

A beautiful spa resort with wonderful indoor and outdoor public baths. Many public areas to relax, and games rooms and table tennis tables. Nice view from our room. Nice choice of foods, Japanese and Western, served buffet style. We had a very spacious room, with a living area and huge bed.

It was a bit difficult to find from the station - we were glad we took a cab. After our initial arrival, it was a pleasant 15 minute walk, and there is a shuttle bus available at times.

We had top floor with outdoor bath which we enjoyed with town and ocean view.. bkfst Buffett had western and asian food, dinner as well. The best part is alcohol was included and they had wide variety of drinks..my husband loved the asahi dark Munich draft which u do ur self ..wines sake beer some other hard liquor too .there is a lounge that has drinks including draft beer highball wine during certain times complimentary . The staff was above and beyond warm welcoming helpful.

Shuttle runs during chk in and chkout times to train station ..so limited times only...the hotel sits on hill and walking to get to main street and uphill can be a bit much but we managed in our 60s .not recommending elderly do it ..too steep
