De ligging dicht bij de Arena

De beschrijving klopt niet! Er is geen personeel, de deur werkt met je mobiele telefoon. Doordat dit geen hotel is, krijg je geen ZTL permissie. Je rijdt illegaal de stad in met kans op en boete. Bij echte hotels krijg je wel een permissie om te laden en lossen. Je huurt een kamer in een appartement. Dat is niet duidelijk omschreven. Als je mede-bewoners iets kapot maken in de huiskamer of keuken, ben je mede-verantwoordelijk. Dat is niet duidelijk omschreven. Bedlinnen en handdoeken worden maar 1 keer per 7 dagen gewisseld. Wil je dat eerder, mowt je bijbetalen. Substandaard.

Perfect location.

You need to be tech savvy to get in and out of the property. The door was not simple to open or close when leaving. Didn’t realise when we were booking that it was a room inside a 3 bedroom apartment and shared a bathroom, so we were surprised to see other couple I am short and it was dangerous getting in and out of shower as the bath is quite high

Location, cleanliness, the easy 25-minute walk to the railway station for the connection bus service to the airport. Plus good taxi service.There are plenty of restaurants' ideal location for sightseeing tours and of course attending the opera.

Possibly, the shared bathroom the bath is just a bit high to get into, but on the whole, nothing to dislike.

The electronic door is was annoying it took several minutes for it to work everyday and I have a new iphone 16 with 5g

it’s in a very comfortable zone, near to almost everything

Beautiful rooms, spacious lounge and kitchen area, all airy and light. The coffee making facilities were easy and superb. Location was perfect - close to the heart. Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Verona!!
