Location was incredible and the host always available to support.

Location of the apartment is a busy one, so there were quite lots of noise. Also as it is an apartment with several shared rooms, there are lots of noise in the facility.

The shower in the ensuite (of the Orlando Room) was fantastic. Nice and roomy, great pressure, nice big rainfall shower head and consistent hot water. The space of the room was great, plenty of storage, a full kitchen and lounge area.

The handheld shower though was moldy and the water coming out of it was very smelly. The bed was very saggy and there wasnt much support. The pillows are well past their date or use and are hard lumpy and old.

if you ask, Luigi can give you an early check-in to leave the luggage.

Amazing location, great little balcony and the room/facilities were exactly as described. Would recommend

Nothing, was a great stay

The location and the view to the opera were absolutely incredible. Since we went for the opera, it was ideal to be so nearby. The place is so comfortable, too! With the living room and the huge kitchen, we had no trouble finding what we needed.

It was completely my error in booking, but I didn't realize that it was a room inside the place, so my check in was a bit more awkward than people who read the directions better. The person we contacted was so kind, and I'm sure it happens, but I completely didn't realize.

The location was fantastic, all the main attractions within walking distance, including restaurants and supermarkets. We one to Verona to see the Opera in the Arena, which was just a few minutes walk from the accommodation.
