"Spacious flat set in an excellent location"

Very spacious affordable accommodation set on the second floor of an old building right on the edge of the pedestrian zone of St Austell. Location is excellent for the train and bus station. Smart tv and kitchen facilities and a large rain shower set in a spacious bathroom. Upstairs via a spiral staircase was again large with a comfortable bed which overlooked the lower area. A coop and Iceland nearby for shopping and a very good Indian takeaway just opposite.

The flat looks a little tired and neglected. It could do with a bit of TLC. We also couldn’t seem to get the flat warm. In conclusion we stayed here for 7 nights and was pleased with our choice. Very central and safe and suited our needs perfectly. Would stay here again.

"great if you want to be right in the town centre - not so good if you don't do hills or stairs"

easy to get in to the flat - great comms very spacious - well equipped.

the flat is right at the top of what i think is an old bank etc. Right on the end of the pedestrian part of the town. Noisy even if you are up high in the building as traffic has to accelerate up the hill. Lost of parking around - all OK when its not raining, but if you struggle with hills and stairs - then this one is not for you. In among fast food take aways and an Indian or two. Near the cinema. NO supermarkets near (without driving) after 6pm as even Iceland is closed then. If the host just spend a little on replacing kitchen cabinet doors and ensuring the wifi works it would have made the experience better. Nice shower

An incredibly convenient location with an architecturally beautiful place to stay. Everything you could need and a perfect place for a trip to the Eden Project and surrounding areas of interest.
